GIRLS SOCCER — Three players from the Eclipse Select Soccer Club, including Highland Park’s Zoe Redei and Lake Forest’s Ginny McGowan, have been called up to the U.S. U-15 National Team for a February camp.
Kayla McCoy of Lincolnwood also got the nod.
Redei will join the 97s/98s pool as a forward.
McGowan, a defender, has been added to the 95s/96s pool. She was her fifth invite to the camp.
They will be part of a 48-player camp, which runs from Feb. 11-18 at Sunrise, Fla.
The eight-day session will be headed up U-15 National Team head coach Damon Nahas and U.S. Women’s Development Director Jill Ellis.
Redei’s group is preparing for qualification for the 2014 U-17 Women’s World Cup.
