The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lake Forest Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

BURGLARY

Albert Winfrey, 59, 320 N. Ash St. #104, Waukegan, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 16, with burglary and a felony count of retail theft when he was found with 12 bottles of vodka allegedly stolen from a business at 890 N. Western Ave. His court date is to be determined.

BATTERY

Kevin Lynch, 48, 675 E. Greenview Place, Lake Forest, was charged Friday, Oct. 12, with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery with great bodily harm. The victim, a male, 52, was taken to Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. Lynch was taken to a bond hearing on Oct. 16.

MINOR ALCOHOL

Olivia Block, 18, 284 Scott St., Lake Forest, and four females and two males, all age 17, were charged Saturday, Oct. 13, with consumption of alcohol by a minor. They face an administrative hearing on Nov. 14.~.
