The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lake Forest and Lake Bluff police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

Lake Forest

CURFEW

A 17-year-old female was charged Tuesday, Oct. 16, with violating curfew. She faces a Nov. 14 administrative hearing.

ILLEGAL DUMPING

Brian Rodriguez, 19, 5615 N. Fairview, Chicago, was charged Monday, Oct. 15, with illegal dumping. He faces a Nov. 14 administrative hearing.

SOLICITING

Bryan Dickinson, 40, 406 Circle Drive, Rock Falls, and Steven Cochran, 43, 2810 Kauffman St., Rock Falls, were charged Monday, Oct. 15, with soliciting without a permit. They face an administrative hearing Nov. 14.

MARIJUANA

Two males, 16 and 15, and a female, 15, were charged Friday, Oct. 12, with possession of marijuana and possession of tobacco. They face a Nov. 6 court appearance.

INTOXICATION

Alexandra Andorfer, 20, 424 Congress Parkway, Chicago, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with public intoxication. She faces a Nov. 14 administrative hearing.

Lake Bluff

RETAIL THEFT

Tanner Wilson, 29, 4167 N. Bloomington Ave., Arlington Heights, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 17, with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after he allegedly left Dominick’s in Lake Bluff with $150 worth of paper towels, moisturizer and shampoo without paying for the items. He faces a Nov. 27 court date.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Someone threw a cinder block through a window of a shuttered business in the 900 block of Carriage Park Lane, police were notified Wednesday, Oct. 10. Damage is estimated at $600.

THEFT

A bike seat, front wheel and rack valued at $150 were reported stolen Wednesday, Oct. 17, from a bike locked at the Lake Bluff train station since Friday, Oct. 12.
