The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lake Forest Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

Lake Forest

MINOR ALCOHOL

Samantha Milecki, 18, 151 Cherrywood Road, Buffalo Grove, was charged Friday, Oct. 12, with underage drinking. She faces a Nov. 14 administrative hearing.

Charles Black, 18, 5225 Morningview Drive, Hoffman Estates, was charged Sunday, Oct. 7, with underage drinking. He faces a Nov. 14 administrative hearing.

Andrew Stein, 20, 5151 Country Club Trail, Lewiston, N.Y., was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with underage possession of alcohol. He faces a Nov. 14 administrative hearing.

William Adams, 20, 555 N. Sheridan Road, Lake Forest, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with underage drinking. He faces a Nov. 20 court date.

BATTERY

Aidan Hanley, 18, 555 N. Sheridan Road, Lake Forest, was charged Saturday, Oct. 6, with battery, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking. He faces an Oct. 23 court date.

THEFT

Quincy McIlvaine, 19, 29566 N. Birch Ave., Lake Bluff, was charged Friday, Oct. 5, with theft of mislaid property. She faces a Nov. 14 administrative hearing.

DUI

Omar Perez, 28, 17865 W. Elsbury St., Gurnee, was charged Saturday, Sept. 29, with felony driving under the influence, felony driving while license revoked, failure to signal when required and improper lane use. His court date is unknown.

Barbara Seawall, 43, 120 Marimac Lane, Vernon Hills, was charged Saturday, Sept. 1, with driving under the influence, improper lane use, improper turning and failure to signal when required. She faces an Oct. 23 court date.

MARIJUANA

Marvin Harris, 33, 13721 S. Lowe Ave., Riverdale, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 25, with illegal control of marijuana, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving while license suspended. He faces an Oct. 16 court date.
