Lake Bluff, Lake Forest candidate debates start in March

The Lake Forest-Lake Bluff League of Women Voters is hosting two candidate debates prior to the consolidated election on April 9 to help voters make an informed decision about their choices.

The Lake Bluff debate will feature individuals running for the Lake Bluff Village Board, the Lake Bluff Library Board and the School District 65 Board of Education.

The debate is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, at the Lake Bluff Park District Recreation Center, 355 W. Washington Ave., Lake Bluff.

The Lake Forest session will include candidates for all Shields Township offices, Lake Forest School District 67 and Lake Forest High School District 115.

The Lake Forest debate is scheduled at 1:30 p.m., Sunday, March 10, at Lake Forest Library, 360 E. Deerpath, Lake Forest. Go to the lower level.

Both sessions will be moderated.
