Police reports for Jan. 29

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lake Forest and Lake Bluff police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.
Lake Forest
MINOR ALCOHOL
A 16-year-old male juvenile from Lake Bluff was charged Sunday, Jan. 27, with consumption of alcohol by a minor, violating curfew and driving outside the allowed time when he was stopped for a traffic violation at Illinois Road and Western Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 19. A 15-year-old female juvenile from Lake Forest who was in the vehicle also was charged with violating curfew.
CANNABIS
John Rosencrans, 18, 615 Sheridan Road, Lake Bluff, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis on Friday, Jan. 25, at Lake Forest High School, 1285 N. McKinley Road. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 5.
DUI
Tracey Rasmussen, 47, 519 Ryan Place, Lake Forest, was charged Thursday, Jan. 24, with driving under the influence, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence and criminal trespass to residence in the 600 block of Morningside Drive. She is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 25.
Lake Bluff
THEFT
Cash totaling $200 was stolen between 3 and 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15, from a jacket left unattended in a building in the 500 block of East Prospect Road.
