Police blotter for Jan. 22

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lake Forest Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

Lake Forest

THEFT

Reginald Branch, 20, 5747 S. Honore St., Chicago, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 16, on two counts of Class 3 felony theft as a result of an investigation into cell phone thefts in November 2012 from the Lake Forest College Sports and Recreation Center. He appeared in bond court on Jan. 20.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Jorge Gonzalez-Harrison, 31, 838 N. Western Ave., Lake Forest, was charged on Tuesday, Jan. 15, with disorderly conduct and trespass to residence. He faces a court appearance on Feb. 4.

Pliny Smith, 43, 16 Campus Circle, Lake Forest, was charged Saturday, Jan. 12, with disorderly conduct. He faces a Feb. 13 court appearance.

Douglas Kuklewski, 44, 3419 Michael Ave., Park City, was charged Sunday, Jan. 6, with disorderly conduct. He faces a Jan. 24 court appearance.

CANNABIS

Garrett Ballreich, 20, 31828 Cercle Chambertin, Temecula, Calif., was charged Monday, Jan. 14, with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis, possession of false identification and possession of drug paraphernalia. He faces a Jan. 28 court appearance.

MINOR ALCOHOL

A 16-year-old male juvenile was charged Tuesday, Jan. 8, with consumption of alcohol by a minor. He faces a Feb. 5 court appearance.
