Dietitian and IT consultant sell Lake Forest home

LAKE FOREST — Jerrold Karson and Nancy Shea sold a home Oct. 9 at 1401 Woodhill Lane in Lake Forest to Jason Cress and Stephanie Cress. The 39-year-old, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 3,080-square-foot home sold for $770,000.
Jerrold Karson is president of CMIT Solutions of Chicagoland North. Nancy Shea is a registered dietitian.
