Police reports for Nov. 27

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Lake Forest Police and Lake Bluff police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

Lake Forest

DRUGS

Michael Bergeron, 21, 3930 N. Pine Grove Ave. #907, Chicago, and Alice Holmes, 21, 3230 Thayer Street, Evanston, were charged Tuesday, Nov. 20, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They face a Dec. 4 court date.

Charles Dewar, 21, 427 Pine Court, Lake Bluff, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 21, with possession of drug paraphernalia. He faces a Jan. 8 court date.

DUI

Omar Vela, 31, 10881 Richmond Ave., Houston, was charged Sunday, Nov. 11, with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding after he was stopped on Route 41. He faces a Dec. 11 court date.

MINOR ALCOHOL

Evan Sandman, 20, 590 South Buena Road, Lake Forest, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 13, with possession of alcohol by a minor, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers and fire department ambulance officials responded when his car struck a pole at the bank drive-thru at 780 North Bank Lane. He faces a Dec. 11 court date.

Paige Lynch, 20, 112 Ravine Drive, Lake Bluff, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 13, with consumption of alcohol by a minor. She faces a Dec. 12 administrative hearing.

Natalie Pattison, 18, 6098 N. Cove Court, Hudsonville, Mich., was charged Wednesday, Nov. 21, with underage drinking and possession of false identification. She faces a Dec. 12 court date.

THEFT

Johanna Wasserman, 49, 4246 Brentwood, Waukegan, was charged Saturday, Nov. 17, with theft after she attempted to steal items from the gift shop of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. She was found to have stolen from the Health and Fitness Center as well. She faces a Dec. 11 court date.

Lake Bluff

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

On Monday, Nov. 19, officers responded to the 1100 block of Witchwood Avenue for criminal damage. Damaged property was reported inside the residence.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday, Nov. 21, officers responded to Mariani Landscaping, 300 Rockland Road for equipment reported stolen from trailers sometime between noon on Nov. 20 and 6:45 a.m. on Nov. 21.
