Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber fraud talk, holiday expo Nov. 14

The Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce will offer a presentation on the latest fraud-fighting tools for businesses and a holiday gift expo from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Lake Forest Club, 554 N. Westmoreland Rd., Lake Forest.
The discussion “Ho, ho … uh-oh!” will be led by fraud expert Kristen Saranteas, a senior manager in Treasury Management Sales, Solutions and Support for Wintrust Financial Corporation. Saranteas will highlight fraud-fighting procedures and products that enhance fraud protection, as well as internal controls, red flags and the management tools businesses can use to reduce the chance of fraud.
