Oct. 14, 1:30 p.m.: “From Bat Bombs to Facebook: How 20th Century Technology is Transforming 21st Century Spying.” Robert Wallace, former director of the Office of Technical Service at the CIA, will trace the evolution of spy technology since 1945 with examples of operations, spy stories, and images. Real spy gadgets will be displayed and demonstrated. Wallace is the author of multiple books on spycraft and spy technology; a book signing will follow.
